WEHELP247 Technologies and Trading Enterprise is a Ghanaian company that offers various kinds of services to clients and individuals in need of such services with the service provider being mobile and accepts to offer the service being requested by the client through virtual communication.

The company is based in Accra but able to operate throughout the country Ghana and beyond through Convenient Access Services (CAS) Technology. It is one of the pioneers in the development of holistic ecommerce platform for services in Ghana.

WEHELP247 Technologies and Trading Enterprise does not provide direct services, products and jobs, but instead, provide the platform for which independent professionals, handymen, artisans with technical and vocational skills; and businesses are linked up to customers and clients in need of such services and ensures favourable terms on the prices that will be charged to them, including the share earned by the service provider.

As a facilitator to the scheme, WEHELP247 utilizes a dynamic prizing model; prices vary according to the type of service, materials needed and availability, supply and demand at the time of service and proximity. However, customers are quoted an advance fee when such requests are received and accepted by the service provider. Services that may not be completed on the same day will be rescheduled for a convenient time for both service provider and customer with pending status.

Service is generally accessed via mobile app, text message or phone call. Service providers goes through a process of being accepted on the platform using a verification criteria considering personality, skills, qualification, experience/track record, registration or membership of a professional body, etc. Users set up a personal profile with a name, copy of national ID, phone number, other information, and payment preference, which could be a credit card, mobile money, e-commerce payment system or, in some cases, cash. After the service is complete, the service provider is provided with the bill and the customer may be given the option to pay for the service which is also billed to the customer's payment method.

The service provider(s) is an independent contractor(s) who provide their own tools and equipment, which could be owned, rented, or leased. Service providers must meet requirements for age, health, certificate or qualification, proof of professional membership with Identity Card and in some cases license and a Smartphone or tablet, and may be required to pass a background check. After each transaction, service providers and customers may rate each other and users with low ratings may be deactivated.
